1. Phone
iPhone is the phone with only 1 switch on it. Rest everything is touch screen. As expected with 3G, the clarity of voice is very good and its very fast also.

2. Video iPod
In iPhone 3G, we'll be getting a very good video iPod. Since the screen of iPhone is big so, watching a good video in your iPhone is really thrilling...

3. GPS
In iPhone 3G, GPS is embedded. Through GPS its very easy to track your routes during a journey. GPS is really very handy in US.

4. Internet Access
Through iPhone 3G, you can browse internet as well... This is the most amazing feature of iPhone.
If you have taken the connection from AirTel or Vodafone, then you can browse internet as long as you are getting signal from Service Provider. In easy language, you can browse internet as long as you are seeing the signal (of Service Provider) in your iPhone.

Drawbacks
1) Poor battery backup
2) No TV

Since, iPhone 3G is a high tech phone with lot of features, we can sense a bit poor performance in terms of battery backup... again, it depends how you use it...
Some tip for good battery backup:
i) Switch off bluetooth when not in use of this functionality
ii) Switch off WiFi when not in use of this functionality

Though some cell phones are having TV facility in the phone but still I think iPhone is far far ahead in terms of ease of use and the look and feel...
So, overall... iPhone is the ultimate device to possess.. its worth having...
I know in India, its pretty expensive... Since there is no 3G technology in our country till date, so iPhone 3G will behave as iPhone 2G.. better to wait for some more days before we can possess this amazing device...

Possessing the iPhone is somewhat a luxury or a pride,in my opinion...Some people never defer in possessing this pocket size technology with them even if the cost effectiveness is really low...But my question is that "Does the person possessing the iPhone really use the features apart from calling and receiving calls?"In the first few days of possession,one is really excited to use the iPhone and its features.But quite after sometime,it just turns out to be doing the same job no less than Nokia 1100 or any other phone in the market...So,is it worth having the iPhone apart from being a status symbol or a prized possession???For me, its a big "NO"...

UHAULing.... in US...

In this blog let me share my experience of shifting home in America... You have to do the following activities for shifting your home... 1) Buy the card board boxes and pack your stuffs on your own... 2) Rent a truck to shift your stuff from one place to other and you have to drive that truck on your own. That truck is provided by a company called UHAUL. 3) Place all your stuffs inside the truck on your own. So, you have to carry your sofa, bed etc on your own. Therefore, you have to be a body builder to do all these activities. Remember, here there is no human labour to help you out. If you are hiring human labour then be ready to pay a hefty amount. 4) OK... All the stuffs are now packed and placed inside the truck. Now drive the truck on your own. 5) Reach the destination. 6) Unload all the stuffs.... Again on your own... 7) Return the truck to UHAUL (company) and pay the rental... 8) Your shifting is done... Cool..... That's how you have to live in USA. So, life is very easy he...
